Recurring Fees

As a user who sells many services on a monthly recurring basis and licenses on an annual basis as well as one-time projects, there should be some way to identify recurring charges from one-time charges.

When filling out service details in a proposal, there should be a way to designate the service as recurring, and then indicate how often the charge will occur (monthly, annually, quarterly, etc)

Then, any items marked as recurring show on a separate total line showing the client a sum of all one-time charges, and a sum of all recurring charges and their frequency for the proposal.

So for example, if I have a proposal for a monthly recurring service as well as the onboarding costs associated, I would include one Service block for the onboarding with its details and price, then a separate Service block for the recurring service along with its frequency and price. In this recurring block, I would have a way to identify it as a recurring service and then choose Monthly as the frequency and set the price for each month.

At the bottom of the proposal where the totals are currently, there would be added lines if any recurring fees are included in the proposal, totaling the amount for each recurring frequency (monthly, annually, semi-annually, annually, etc)
