Support decimals in VAT/TAX calculation

Currently Tax calculation doesn’t accept decimals (for example 25,5). Since a VAT rate that is 25.5% is something we have to endure in Finland, it would be awesome if the app supported it in the future (so we could use it) 😉

    This should work for you now, since the last release now allows that.
