I’d also love to see either an API or integrations to my Lead Generation(CRM), Project Management (Delivery) and Invoicing App. This would allow me to complete my current engagement lifecycle from sourcing clients to billing and collection.

It would help add personalization to proposals if we could insert variables in our templates that would dynamically insert information from our Clients such as their name, company name, etc.

Zapier (or other automation) Integration

Every offer for me has an offer number by which they pay and a barcode. It would be top if a barcode generator could be automatically embedded. So, those are some things I've set up for myself in Excel, just to mention.

Really nice. I have been waiting for something like this for ages it feels. But... for it to work for me i need to be able translate a few strings. Its ok in the backend but when i send it to my clients, things like "valid" and more need to be translated for legal purposes. It would be enough to have fields to customize it like " rename valid to: " ”

Ability to Customize proposal labels

As a user who sells many services on a monthly recurring basis and licenses on an annual basis as well as one-time projects, there should be some way to identify recurring charges from one-time charges. When filling out service details in a proposal, there should be a way to designate the service as recurring, and then indicate how often the charge will occur (monthly, annually, quarterly, etc)Then, any items marked as recurring show on a separate total line showing the client a sum of all one-time charges, and a sum of all recurring charges and their frequency for the proposal.So for example, if I have a proposal for a monthly recurring service as well as the onboarding costs associated, I would include one Service block for the onboarding with its details and price, then a separate Service block for the recurring service along with its frequency and price. In this recurring block, I would have a way to identify it as a recurring service and then choose Monthly as the frequency and set the price for each month.At the bottom of the proposal where the totals are currently, there would be added lines if any recurring fees are included in the proposal, totaling the amount for each recurring frequency (monthly, annually, semi-annually, annually, etc)<img src="https://fb-usercontent.fra1.cdn.digitaloceanspaces.com/0190e072-7047-7de2-95a1-1512ffbda71d.png" data-width="100%" data-align="left">

Recurring Fees

It would be nice if the prices for the services could be displayed in 2 currencies. My clients are in the EU and mostly have EUR as their currency but some countries their own currency. For such case i would like to display the prices in both. Also the EUR currency is usually shown at the end of an amound like 20€ and not €20.

The idea is definitely well thought out, and I like it! What I didn't see is whether it can be downloaded as a PDF and then sent by email?

Both offers and invoices (at least in my case) contain some fine print below, and I saw that it can be added but also didn't see if a preset can be made so that it stands on every offer and doesn't have to be typed again.

Dropdown selects a client that doesn't have clients. I haven't added any client and the option to add a client in the dropdown can be useful.

The only thing that is missing is VAT treatment in the footer. From experience, it's good to leave a text box for accounting personnel to add VAT treatment.

Allow my client to accept the proposal via either email/phone by having an input where they enter their email/mobile number and then get an OTP they use to confirm.

Editing seems ok, but would like the customer to be able to accept/decline the proposal from their link.

Currently Tax calculation doesn’t accept decimals (for example 25,5). Since a VAT rate that is 25.5% is something we have to endure in Finland, it would be awesome if the app supported it in the future (so we could use it) 😉
